Quality Assurance
Six stages of quality control — from paddy procurement to pre-shipment inspection.
All paddy is sourced from verified farmers and inspected at intake — moisture content, foreign matter, and grain quality checked before acceptance.
Paddy is sorted and graded before entering the milling process to ensure uniformity of grain length and quality within each batch.
Multi-stage cleaning, de-husking, whitening, polishing and optical colour sorting (Sortex) to achieve the required specification.
Every finished batch is tested in our in-house lab — moisture %, broken %, grain length, whiteness index, and aroma grade verified against buyer specification.
Packed on automated lines with weight accuracy controls. Bags are stitched or heat-sealed, with batch codes for full traceability.
Third-party inspection available on request via SGS, BV or other accredited bodies. Phytosanitary and fumigation completed before container sealing.

Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority — mandatory registration for all Indian rice exporters.
Food Safety & Standards Authority of India — national food safety license ensuring compliance with Indian food law.
Food Safety Management System — globally recognised standard covering the entire food supply chain from farm to table.
Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points — systematic approach to identifying and controlling food safety risks during production.
Halal-certified production for Muslim-majority markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia — available on request.
Issued by NPPO India per shipment — certifying the consignment is free from plant pests and meets importing country requirements.
